3F Strider Completes an Ironman Race
A 3F Striders member completed an Ironman race, representing the community with endurance, courage and commitment.
Ironman is one of the greatest tests of endurance. Finishing all three disciplines within strict cut-off times, battling unpredictable weather, and pushing through physical and mental exhaustion is no small feat.
Life is much the same.
Endurance isn’t built overnight. It is forged in the quiet moments of showing up consistently, choosing not to quit when it’s hard, and taking one faithful step after another, even when no one is watching. Every challenge, every setback, and every obstacle becomes part of the process that strengthens our character.
The finish line is never reached by talent alone, but by perseverance.
Whether in Ironman or in life, the goal isn’t simply to start strong; it’s to finish well. Keep showing up. Keep trusting the process. And keep your eyes on the One who gives you the strength to endure.
Congratulations champions EL Kapitan leyarehina Lourds Adalia-Evertse Ali Alhebsi and Max. We can’t help but be proud.
Our team verse: Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. -Heb 12:1–2
